Our last full day in FL, and even though it was misty and foggy and overcast, we decided we needed to visit the beach ONE.LAST.TIME. So, we drove to Ft. Myers beach and pier hoping that the fog would lift. It didn't, and luckily we made it back to the car before it down poured....
We had a nice lunch on the pier, walked to the end of the pier and were treated to dolphins frolicking in the surf. We were also treated to dolphins when we were at Wiggins Pass...they got closer on that beach, but it was a nice treat to see us off!
Max, Sam and I took a walk down the beach while Little Max and Granna and Grumps made sand castles...
Sam and I enjoyed some nice snuggles...
We even got to see some nature along the way...but mostly it was just foggy and misty...
Then we just chilled out on the blanket until the sky looked foreboding and rushed back to the car. We did Sam's 9 month photo shoot on the beach...to be posted soon, I promise! :)
